From Corporate to Freelance

I am a resilient creative team player. I have 5+ years of entrepreneurial experience and 2+ years of corporate in-house marketing experience. I am confident in my ability to navigate new situations and problem-solve issues. I produce and edit audio, graphics, and video content for hire. 

After graduating from San Diego State University in 2014, I became employed as a federal contractor for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for ~ two years at a local marketing agency. I specialized in project management, content creation, and ideation for implementing behavior change marketing campaigns that targeted specific population groups through online and in-person tactics.

In 2016, I left the federal contractor role to pursue an entrepreneurial venture, DCN Media Inc. I teamed up a small dedicated group of individuals who received finacial support from local angel investors in the cannabis industry. After two years of producing and distributing online content for DCN Media Inc., I stepped away from the business in 2018 due to my mother’s passing and assuming new familial responsibilities.

I am currently self-employed as a freelance contractor for both private clients and non-profit organizations in the area. Through my network, I team up with other collaborators on media projects to ensure deliverables are met on time and with quality!
